Representing Kidney Development Using the Gene Ontology

This paper describes the development of the renal portion of the Gene Ontology and subsequent annotation and analysis

The representation of the renal system in UBERON is aligned with and largely drawn from the kidney physiology and development portions of the Gene Ontology.
