Addition of Sertoli cell barrier, and switching to ROBOT for releases

This release has minor content improvements, including the addition of a new class Sertoli cell barrier for GO.

We have switched to using ROBOT for releases. This eliminates some of the redundancy previously seen in the basic OBO graph.
